    How many machines can I install my SigmaPlot NG on?
    Each license comes with 1 activation, to be installed on only 1 machine. If you need to move the license to another machine (e.g. in the event of a machine failure), you will need to email us and manually request an additional activation. Please include your order number, product key and the reason for an additional activation. Once approved, it will take 1-2 business days to process the request.

    How do I renew my expired SigmaPlot NG license?
    If you are still a student/staff and need access to SigmaPlot NG again, you simply purchase a new license. If you buy the same version you will not need to re-install the software - just open SigmaPlot NG and apply the new product ket within the program.     You can go to this path by opening File Explorer and choosing the appropriate path.

    macOS:
    By default (unless you override it in the installation) this is installed in:
    Applications > SigmaPlot ng
    You can go to this path by opening Finder and choosing the appropriate path.

  • Licensing and Activating

    When install SigmaPlot NG on my Mac, I get message stating, "The installation failed". What should I do?

    SigmaPlot NG requires Java Runtime Environment (JRE) to install and run on macOS. Please ensure you follow the step by step instructions on the download page, specifically step 2. If you continue to have problems, please contact us via live chat.

    I already have SigmaPlot NG installed, how do I update my license?
    Open SigmaPlot NG and apply the new product ket within the program. For instructions on entering your key within SigmaPlot NG, see here for Windows and Mac.
