    You are not entitled to a refund if; you decide you don’t want the goods, you find the same thing cheaper elsewhere or you bought something for someone and they don’t like or already have it.

Cancellations Policy

Cancelling an Order

You may request cancellation of your order (whether it is accepted by us or not) by; contacting us by phone or via live chat. Cancellation of orders within 12 hours of placement are generally accepted and fully refunded, however cancellations more than 12 hours after placement are treated on a case by case basis, and although you may receive a refund we reserve the right to charge an administration fee to cover our reasonable costs in respect of your cancelled order.

Automatically fulfilled licenses, such as some student/faculty license types, usually cannot be cancelled because customers are emailed license codes immediately, but in recognition of your custom a 'trade up' may be possible in a limited number of situations, where the 'trade up' request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase, or we may offer you a discount on a subsequent purchase.

Cloud Access products such as SPSS Cloud Student Edition cannot be cancelled once the access has been provisioned, but in recognition of your custom a 'trade up' may be possible in a limited number of situations, where the 'trade up' request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase, or we may offer you a discount on a subsequent purchase.
