How do I install and activate the software?
Can I run Design-Expert® software or Stat-Ease® 360 on a computer or server not connected to the internet?
Yes, but you’ll need to contact Stat-Ease for a manual activation
How many computers can I use with my license?
This depends on the license type. Student licenses can only be activated on one computer. Single-user licenses at other price points can be activated on two computers, for one person’s user. Network licenses have no limit on the number of computers where the software is installed.
Can I use Python coding in Design-Expert?
No, that feature is exclusive to Stat-Ease 360.
Does the software come with a manual?
No physical manual is available, but all of the tutorials for the programs can be found online. The Help menu is also very extensive, and can be searched online or within the program
How do I know what design to pick?
You’ll need to learn more about DOE! Start at the Stat-Ease YouTube channel for some introductory webinars
I have a question about my experiment, who can I ask?
Stat-Ease has a team of statistical experts to assist with your questions. Please send them a copy of your design file along with your question using this form.
